Day 1
Arrival in Amritsar (Visit Golden Temple)

After your arrival in Amritsar, get in touch with your representative and get transferred to the hotel. Rest for some time and after freshening up, make your way to the Harmandir Sahib, popularly known as the Golden Temple Amritsar. You have the entire evening to yourself, you can spend it at your own leisure. One of the things which you can try out is the Amritsari Naan which can be enjoyed at any of the local dhabas and restaurants.

This followed by an overnight stay at Amritsar.

Day 2
Amritsar Tour

After enjoying your breakfast, Start your Amritsar tour with the Jallianwala Bagh. This place is associated with one of the most unfortunate episodes in history known as the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. In this unfortunate episode, many innocent people lost their lives in a massacre carried out under the command of General Dyer. You can visit the Wagah Border in Amritsar and witness the exciting guard changing ceremony in the evening. This ceremony attracts a lot of people.

Return to your own hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 3
Visit Amritsar Local Market (Departure)

After enjoying your breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit the local market for some shopping. After that, get transferred to the railway station to catch the train back home.
