Day 1
Arrival Dehradun - Yamunotri Dham by Helicopter

07:00 AM: Depart from Delhradun (Sahastradhara helipad)

07:45 AM: Arrival Yamunotri Dham (Kharsali helipad)

This morning, you depart from Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun to reach Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri. On reaching Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun, you will be briefed about the entire trip and do’s and don’ts.

After reaching Kharsali (The helipad for Yamunotri), enjoy your welcome by IHPL representative, ground staff. The staff will unload all your baggage and carry them to your pre-booked hotel. you will embark upon Yamunotri Dham by Palki or Pony. Go for Darshan at the Yamnotri temple and after Darshan head back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2
Yamunotri to Gangotri Dham (By Helicopter)

07:45 AM: Depart Yamunotri (Kharsali helipad)

08:30 AM: Arrival Gangotri Dham (Harsil helipad)

Today, you depart from Yamunotri Helipad to reach Gangotri Harsil Helipad. Harsil is a beautiful town, known for its picture perfect location and picturesque valleys. Also, the place is popular to offer a serene ambiance wherein people can enjoy some time amid tranquility. Harsil Helipad is located at a distance of 22 km from Gangotri Temple.

On reaching Harsil Helipad, leave for the temple. Our ground staff will assist while you reach Gangotri temple. After Darshan at the temple, leave for your resort. Have your lunch and then relax for some time. Enjoy campfire in the evening. In the evening, you can go for an evening walk and shop for some pure wool stuff like shawls and sweaters prepared by local tribal women.

Day 3
Gangotri to Kedarnath Dham by Helicopter ( Stay at Guptkashi)

9.00 AM: Depart from Gangotri (Harsil helipad) - Arriva at Guptkashi and change the chopper at Guptkashi helipad for Kedarnath

10:00 AM : Arrive at Kedarnath Temple

Kedarnath is surrounded by enchanting snowcapped peaks, and this is also the reason why it's the most remote site among all four Char Dham in Uttarakhand. Arrive at Sersi helipad from Gangotri. After getting transferred to another chopper, fly your way to Kedarnath Helipad. The temple lies at a distance of approximately 500m from the helipad and reaching it would take about 15 minutes. The temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, is built on the site where it's believed that Lord Vishnu had witnessed the wedding ceremony of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

There are no good hotel options to stay in Kedarnath. So, after darshan, you will return to Guptkashi and your stay will be arranged at Villa Aadhya. In the evening, get ready to pay homage at Triuginarayan or Kalimath Mandir

Day 4
Kedarnath to Badrinath Dham Yatra by Helicopter

10:15 AM: Depart from Kedarnath - Guptkashi helipad - change the chopper at Guptkashi helipad for Badrinath Dham

11:00 AM: Arrival at Badrinath Dham.

After arriving at Badrinath helipad, you will be transferred to the hotel. Complete your check-in formalities at the hotel, and get ready to visit the Badrinath temple. Badrinath is famous for being the holy abode of Lord Vishnu, who is also known as Lord Badri here. Enjoy your darshan at the temple. You will also visit the Mana village, which is located in close proximity to the religious site of Badrinath.

However, the highlight of this entire Badrinath yatra is the special Maha Abhishek Pooja. It commences at 4 AM sharp in early morning and continues for almost 2hrs. A special arrangement has been made for all the guests to sit inside the temple and watch the proceedings of the Shringar of the deity from close quarters.

Day 5
Badrinath to Dehradun Departure (By Helicopter)

11:30 AM: Departure Badrinath helipad

12:30 AM: Arrival Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun

The star attraction of the Yatra is the Special Abhishek Puja at Badrinath temple. This special Puja starts at 4.30 am in the morning and lasts for 2 hours. Enjoy this opportunity of sitting inside the temple and having Darshan.

Later, depart from Badrinath Temple to reach Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun. The tour ends here.

Only one handbag weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger.

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey.

All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them. Guests are also advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.

Ques: What is cancellation process of your Chardham yatra?

Ans: CANCELLATION POLICY: If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges:

Upto 30 days before Journey — 40 % of amount

Upto 20 days before Journey — 60% of amount

Upto 15 days before Journey —- No Refund

BAD WEATHER SITUATION : If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day . In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time.
