Itinerary Details
Day 1
Arrival Dehradun

On your arrival at Dehradun airport/ railway station, our tour representative will meet you. You will have an assisted transfer to the hotel. It is advisable to reach Dehradun by 2:00 P.M or earlier. Dehradun will be the starting and the ending point of the trip.

In the evening, you will be briefed about the entire trip and do’s and don’ts. You will also receive a duffle bag to carry your luggage for the journey.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Dehradun.

Day 2
Dehradun – Gangotri – Badrinath – Kedarnath – Sirsi (By Helicopter)

Sahastradhara to Gangotri
0500 Hrs. Check out from Dehradun hotel
0600 Hrs. ETD from Sahastradhara helipad
0630 Hrs. ETA at Harsil

You will check out from the hotel at 5:00 A.M and then head towards the Sahastradhara helipad. From here you will board the flight and depart by 6:00 A.M for Harsil which is the nearest helipad for Gangotri which is the origin of the River Ganga.

On arrival at Harsil, you will have breakfast and then you will leave for Gangotri temple. It is situated 22 km from the temple and it will take 50 minutes to drive. You will have approximately 3 hours (round trip) for darshan. Seeks blessings at the temple and then heads towards Harsil helipad by 10:30 A.M to board the helicopter for Badrinath.

Gangotri to Badrinath
1030 Hrs. ETD from Harsil
1130 Hrs. ETA at Badrinath helipad

You will arrive at Badrinath helipad at 11:30 A.M. You will have approximately 1 hour to complete the darshan at Badrinath Dham. Badrinath is famous for being the holy abode of Lord Vishnu, who is also known as Lord Badri here. Enjoy your darshan at the temple and seek blessings. After darshan, you will head towards the helipad for the onward journey.

Badrinath to Sirsi
1300 Hrs. ETD from Badrinath
1330 Hrs. ETA at Sirsi

You will depart from Badrinath to Sirsi at 1:00 P.M and arrive at Sirsi helipad at 1:30 P.M. HHSPL has its own helipad at Sirsi and they operate the shuttle service.

Sirsi-Kedarnath-Sirsi
1415 Hrs. ETD from Sirsi (for Kedarnath darshan)
1630 Hrs. ETA at Sirsi (after darshan)

You will depart from Sirsi helipad at 2:15 P.M and it will take only 7 minutes to reach the Kedarnath helipad. Kedarnath is surrounded by enchanting snowcapped peaks, and this is also the reason why it's the most remote site among all four Char Dham in Uttarakhand. The temple lies at a distance of approximately 500m from the helipad and reaching it would take about 15 minutes.

You will have 2 hours’ time for darshan and report back to the Kedarnath helipad. Seeks blessing from Lord Shiva and then head towards helipad from where you will board a flight to Sirsi.

Day 3
Sirsi – Yamunotri – Dehradun

Sirsi - Yamunotri
0730 Hrs. ETD from Sirsi
0800 Hrs. ETA at Kharsali Heli-base

You will check out from the hotel early morning and head towards Sirsi helipad. From here you will board the flight for the Yamunotri. HHSPL will arrange pony and palki for you.

On arrival at Kharsali helipad, you will start the trek on pony or palki. You will have 5 hours 30 minutes to report back to Kharsali helipad after the darshan. The trek is 6 km (one side) and it will take one hour to reach the temple. Yamunotri Temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and it is the origin point of the River Yamuna. Seeks blessings and returns back to the helipad. The lunch will be served around 1:30 P.M.

Yamunotri to Sahastradhara
1430 Hrs. ETD from Kharsali
1500 Hrs. ETA at Sahastradhara Heliport

After having lunch, you will board the flight for Dehradun. On arrival at Sahastradhara helipad, you will have an assisted transfer to the hotel to collect your luggage from the cloakroom and then you will head for the airport/ railway station for your onward journey.

If someone wishes to stay in Dehradun then you should inform us at the time of booking. The accommodation will be arranged by us, at an additional cost.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  • In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. The measures shall be confirmed by IHPL to the passengers 02-03 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
  • Guests have to MANDATORY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE boarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.
  • In case of a per seat booking: Booking shall be taken by us on provisional basis, and confirmed to the passengers 03 weeks prior to the date of arrival at the latest. Please note, for Chardham 1N2D per seat bookings, we shall fly subject to 04 or more passengers being on board, otherwise provisional booking shall be released and 100% advance shall be refunded by us.
  • Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 80 kg weight. The reason for the same is that, we operate at very high-altitude terrain where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 450 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our
  • Chardham flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,000/kg, for the total weight above 80 kg/pax. 
  • AADHAR & PAN Card copies are to be shared mandatorily by all Indians, & passport is required in case of foreign nationals.
  • Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath ji is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom service providers, that work in these regions at times. It is most likely, that guests would be cut- off from the outside world during their time there. However, our crew shall be with the guests for any assistance required at both the Dhams.
  • Guests would not be allowed to carry their suitcases/luggage in the aircraft. Duffle bags would be provided by our crew on the day of arrival, in which guests will be allowed to carry up to 05 kg of luggage during the tour.
  • Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star category. However, WE are carefully selected the most comfortable & highest rated properties for their heli-tours.
  • All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
  • Both the temples are located at a high altitude. Passengers are advised to carry regular medical kit & woolen clothes with them, as temperatures can drop drastically at night in the hills.
  • Flying in hills is subject to weather conditions. And, in regards to our Chardham operations, we would like to bring to your kind attention that cancellations & other inconveniences due to weather are very much likely since weather is extremely unpredictable in the hills. Therefore, guests should come prepared to face the eventualities caused by weather problems. Further please note, in case of bad weather, we shall operate as per our policies mentioned in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ & ‘Important Guidelines & Policies’ sections.

BAD WEATHER SITUATION :

If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day . In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time.

  • If stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we shall try to finish the darshan on next day.
  • We shall refund the proportionate money as per missed flying time, in case guests are completely unable to visit any of the dham due to bad weather situation or any reason beyond our control.
  • 100 % refund is applicable in case we are unable to commence the journey due to any reason beyond our control.
